Web Editor / Web Production Executive

Leading corporate firm, in the heart of the West End with beautiful offices, have an exciting opportunity to join their highly successful e-Marketing team as a Web Production/Editor on a 3 month contract.You will be working as part of a team, assisting with the migration of 13,000 pages to a new platform. As well as setting up templates you will test the content that will be transferring to the new platform. Duties involve:
·User acceptance testing -checking content, links, processes, presentation
·Highlighting any bugs
·Analyse e-newsletter unique click, open rates and work with rest of team to optimise layout
·Checking and approving content through workflow process
·Providing regular updates and feedback to the migration team
·Offer support to the Marketing team in user acceptance testing of migrated website in latter stages of the project
·As hoc projects and duties requested by the head of eMarketing and the Content Manager
This is a superb opportunity to really utilise your skills within eMarketing within a highly prestigious and successful organisation. Ideal candidates will have
·a minimum of 9 months web editorial skills gained within a corporate environment,
·web analytics, experience in web and email production
·Understanding of HTML, CSS and other web technologies
·Essential - Degree educated Marketing/IT related degree.
·Ability to work on own initiative and take complete responsibility for individual projects.
Hours 9.30am – 5.30pm
