We are a vibrant and established IT & HR Recruitment consultancy based in Chelmsford covering the UK. We believe in offering an excellent, consistent and competent service to clients and building on-going relationships. We need ambitious, financially motivated, intelligent sales people who want to be part of our success.
Key Accountabilities (What are the main responsibilities of the role, against which performance is measured)
? Developing solid relationships with clients is integral to the role ? To achieve sales targets agreed and set ? To be a key driver in the delivery of good communications ? To support new business initiatives as they arise ? To canvass (cold-call) employers by telephone to establish new contacts and their recruitment requirements ? To identify and evaluate employers' recruitment needs ? To advertise posts appropriately - drafting and placing advertisements using a wide range of media reviewing applications, managing interviews and considering candidates and shortlists ? To clarify and negotiate salary and benefits relating to the role ? To manage both client and candidate expectations
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills especially over the phone Knowledge of recruitment industry Good knowledge of MS Office Use of search engines and job boards Experience of cold calling Organised Ideally experience as a recruitment consultant or within a sales environment
