Job Description
The Role
This is a home based role working on marketing the Invendium gambling websites.
The right person will have a strong background in online marketing, preferably within the gambling industry.
You will be self motivated with proven experience in the full marketing mix such as link building, viral marketing, affiliate program management and online advertising where you will have gained exceptional results. Interest in sports and all forms of gambling would be very desirable.
You will need to be able to spot PR opportunities within the sites and use them to write and distribute regular press releases which get into the right hands and gain results offline as well as online. You will find and exploit opportunities to expand the awareness of the sites through online communities including forums, blogs and social networks.
This is not a content, analytical, planning or management role. It is hands on marketing role, you will be motivated to gain marketing results every day and be excited about increasing traffic to the sites.
This is a highly visible role with a great deal of autonomy and responsibility. You will be judged on the results you achive and your career progress and remuneration will reflect the value that you add to the business.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level with at least 2 years experience in online marketing, ideally in the gambling industry and in a hands on and diverse role.
They will have shown that they can consistently gain results and will be driven to succeed.
They will be a dynamic and highly motivated person with strong persuasive and networking skills
