Job Description

An established senior account handler with solid experience of managing high profile eCRM programmes is what's required by this lovely integrated agency in beautiful Bath.

You'd be joining a 5-strong team working on one of the world's largest entertainment brands producing, amongst other things, eye-catching email campaigns, websites and microsites aimed at acquiring and retaining those all-important consumers. Inevitably, a strong background in DM wouldn't go amiss, but if you had a grounded understanding of the ins and outs of databases and database management, you'd be a veritable shoo-in.

You could be a SAM with a year under your belt or a strong AM ready to take the next step. Man management is going to play a big part in this role. The AD is currently somewhat stretched and needs someone to help bear the weight of the day-to-day line management of the account team. You'll need to be ready to roll from the off, feel comfortable multi-tasking and confident when managing the multiple stakeholders, which would include clients, collaborating creative agencies and suppliers alike. The account is pan-european, so you'd need to be a competent communicator, as most of the clients speak English as their second language.

You'll no doubt be required to scoot up to the capital about once a week, but otherwise you'll enjoy working in fantastic surroundings in the Georgian splendour of Bath alongside a passionate and creative bunch of talented individuals
