£18,000 basic + bonus + car +
The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and training a team of Hair & Beauty Sales professionals selling a household cosmetic brand. This is a home based position, you will be provided with a laptop, have your broadband paid and receive a company car. The Area Sales Manager will have complete autonomy over their time, they will be targeted on recruiting new sales representatives and will be rewarded for new and innovative ways of doing this. Covering the various South East regions, you will be fully trained in recruiting and supporting a sales team.
This role is perfect for dedicated sales people who are looking for a field based position, you do not need to come from a hair and beauty background but it would be advantageous.• You must be self motivated and driven by targets.• You must have a full UK driving license and be based in thethe SouthEastregion.• Personality is key, you will be approachable, tenacious and engaging.
