For Sale - Daelim Forte 125cc Scooter (Itaewon/GyeongRiDan) KRW800000

For Sale:

2005 Daelim Forte 125cc scooter, black. 800,000KRW

This is an excellent scooter, lovingly maintained by both myself and the previous owner. Perfect for commuting, running errands, or just having a pleasant drive around the city. It's a big bike, lending a stable road feel, yet it's plenty powerful and quite quick. I would have no reservations about purchasing another Forte should I return to Seoul.

Oil changes every 400-450 km. Tires in good condition. Mechanically perfect. Starts easily even on the coldest days. Odometer reads 13,146km. All gauges and lights work perfectly. All ownership papers and an extra set of ignition keys included.

Very easily and comfortably rides two large adults. I've gotten her up to about 120km/hr riding alone, and she cruises at 100km/hr with a passenger. Also, it regularly blows bigger bikes off the line at stoplights.

The bike is black, with a steel/chrome body bar encasing the plastic bits of the frame. There's a passenger backrest on the seat, and a small luggage rack over the back wheel. The under-seat trunk holds a spare helmet and a rain suit with no problem.

I will include all of my motorcycling accessories with the bike:
two helmets (one full-face, one visored [see pic below])
heater mitts (strap over the handlebars for winter driving)
one neoprene face mask (for winter driving)
one chain lock (threads through the front wheel for security)
one small bicycle lock (for securing a helmet to the luggage rack)
papers
extra set of keys
atlas of South Korea's roads (in English), along with some other assorted Seoul maps.

See the pictures below for an idea of what she looks like.
