This NOAA satellite image taken Thursday, Sept. 4, 2008 at 1:45 a.m. EDT shows Tropical Depression Gustav over Arkansas. Gustav continues to generate flooding rains throughout the Lower and Middle Mississippi Valleys. To the south, Tropical Storm Hanna, located about 160 miles/ 260 km southeast of San Salvador, brings intense winds, heavy rains, and thunderstorms to nearby islands. To the east, Hurricane Ike has intensified to a dangerous Category 4 hurricane. Ike is located about 610 miles/ 980 km northeast of the Leeward Islands.
